Fees

Hourly consultation: JPY 11,000 per hour. Annual consulting plus consultation fees: individuals from JPY 330,000; businesses from JPY 550,000. All prices include tax. The final amount is provided before application based on the scope of consultation.

Additional charges

Clients are responsible for bank transfer fees.

Payment method and deadline

Bank transfer, due by the day before the consultation. For annual contracts, payment is due by the day before the contract starts.

Service delivery

Services are provided on the consultation date or during the contract period agreed with the client.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made by the day before a consultation receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations incur 100% of the consultation fee. Annual contracts receive a full refund before commencement. After commencement, fees for services already delivered are settled and the undelivered portion is refunded. The settlement method is explained before contracting.
